Volunteer Application

 

VOLUNTEER

Our programs depend on the efforts of over 500 active volunteers. Below are some potential opportunities. Please consider how you would like to help.

Kids Summer Café: help prepare and serve free bagged lunches to kids in a neighborhood park weekday(s) 11am – 1pm. Activity coordinators are also needed.

Special Events: help plan and organize fundraising events or help on event day.

Food Pickup: strong body, mid-day availability, once a month.

House of Worship and Youth Group Activities:  Homeless Awareness Weekend (November), Souper Bowl of Caring (January).

Food Drive: help plan and implement a food drive. On the home page, we also have wish list items that could be collected.

Serve in Food n’ Friends Kitchens: limited availability, minimum age 12 yrs. old.

Worship Committee: inquire about participating on the Interfaith Service of Thanksgiving or Faith Advisory Council.

Outreach Activities: attend community events or visit community houses of worship, organizations, and businesses to speak about the Attleboro Area Interfaith Collaborative’s important programs – supported and accompanied by a staff or board member.
