Get Involved

Volunteers are the heart of the Attleboro Area Interfaith Collaborative.

Every meal served, every resource shared, every moment of comfort offered—none of it happens without people like you. Whether you're looking to give back, get connected, or make a difference close to home, there's a place for you here.

We welcome individuals, youth, families, faith communities, schools, and local organizations to join us in this meaningful work. Whatever your time, skills, or energy level, you can contribute to building a more caring and connected community.

Volunteer Opportunities

Food n’ Friends
Help prepare and serve hot, nutritious meals to community members in need across Attleboro, North Attleboro, Mansfield, Foxboro, and Norton, all year round.

Kids Summer Café
Join us weekdays in the summer between 9am - 1pm to prepare and serve bagged lunches to children at neighborhood parks. Great for individuals, families, and teens. We also need creative folks to lead simple games, crafts, or reading activities.

Event Planning & Support
Bring your energy and creativity to plan and run special events, from our annual HUNGER to HOPE fundraising gala to community gatherings. Help behind the scenes or on the big day.

Marketing & Outreach
Spread the word! We are looking for volunteers to take photos, support with social media, handing out flyers, writing thank-you notes, and more to share information about AAIC’s mission. You’ll always be supported by staff or board members.

Food Drives
Organize a food or supply drive with your school, workplace, or congregation. Email us for the most accurate list of what we are looking for.

Food Pickup Helpers
We need reliable volunteers with their own transportation to help pick up food donations and deliver meals to local shelters. Weekdays only, midday through early evening.

Interfaith and Clergy Engagement
Help plan our Interfaith Service of Thanksgiving, support interfaith programming, or join our monthly clergy gatherings.

Fundraising Support
Help write thank-you notes, solicit donations, help plan fundraising events, and support with mailings to our generous supporters.

Translation Services
Are you multilingual? We are looking for individuals with proficiency in Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Arabic, and more to translate materials.
